Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Family First Life USA ("we", "us"), the operator of Family First Life U.S.A. (the "Service"). By requesting access, paying for access, or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is for insurance professionals using it in the course of their business. You must be at least 18 years old, hold any license your work requires, and be able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the Service only on behalf of yourself or the agency that authorized you.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or mobile phone. Keep that address and phone under your control; anything done through your account is your responsibility. One account is for one person. Tell us at hello@fflusa.io right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Access, fees and billing

• Access is sold in periods of seven days at the price shown when you pay (currently $500 per week). You may pay one week at a time or turn on automatic renewal, which charges your card every seven days until you turn it off.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
• You can stop automatic renewal at any time from your plan page or by contacting us; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• Fees are not refundable for partial weeks or unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. If we remove your access for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused days of the current period.
• We may change the price with notice; the new price applies to periods that begin after the notice.

4. Your responsibilities when you call or text

You decide whom to contact and what to say. You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to your calls, texts and sales, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and insurance laws, do-not-call rules, calling-hour limits, consent and record-keeping requirements, and the rules of the carriers you represent. You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive, not to contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, and not to misrepresent who you are or whom you represent.

5. Leads and information

Information made available to you through the Service, including details of people to contact, is provided for your use within the Service and may not be copied, resold, shared outside your agency or used for any other purpose. Information you enter about the people you speak with is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Recording and monitoring

Calls made through the Service may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and compliance where the law allows. Where the law requires that a party be told a call is being recorded, you are responsible for giving that notice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance at any time. We are not responsible for outages caused by your internet connection, your devices, telephone carriers or other third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access without notice if you breach these Terms, if your use creates legal or carrier risk, if a payment fails or is disputed, or if the agency that authorized you asks us to. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply after your access ends.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any number of conversations, appointments or sales.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Family First Life USA and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your calls, texts or sales, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will notify you by email of material changes. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Family First Life USA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
