Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Family First Life USA ("we", "us"), the operator of Family First Life U.S.A. (the "Service"), collects from the people who use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, sign-in pages and the Service itself.

1. What we collect

• Sign-up details. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, agency and any license number you give us when you request access.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your card information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card and the card brand; we do not store your full card number.
• Sign-in and usage. When you sign in and use the Service we record the time, your approximate location from your network address, your browser and device type, and what you do in the Service, including the calls you place and their outcomes.
• Information you enter. Notes and details you record about the people you speak with. This information belongs to your agency and is processed on its behalf.
• Communications. Emails, texts and support messages between you and us.
• Call recordings. Where recording is enabled and the law allows, calls placed through the Service may be recorded.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service: to let you sign in, place calls, keep records and see your results.
• To bill you and send receipts, renewal reminders and notices about your access.
• To send you a sign-in code and service messages by email and text.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal and carrier requirements.
• To improve the Service and support you.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Texts and emails

By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive texts from us about your account, including sign-in codes, access and renewal notices and replies to your requests. Message frequency depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; opting out of texts does not stop sign-in codes sent to your email. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the Service: payment processing, email and text delivery, telephone carriers, hosting and data storage. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Your agency, which can see the work done under its account, including your calls, outcomes and notes.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, such as your audio devices and your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account information while you have access and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations and to resolve disputes. Call records are kept as required by applicable law and carrier rules. Recordings, where made, are kept for a limited period and then deleted unless we are required to keep them longer.

7. Security

We protect your information with technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and one-time sign-in codes instead of stored passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can see and update your sign-up details through the Service or by contacting us. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, to tell you what we hold about you, or to stop certain uses, and we will respond as the law requires. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 9. Children

The Service is for adults working in insurance. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
